I just made my first apple pie.
The part I was most impressed by was the crust. I am not a baker so I looked for the easiest crust recipe and it turned out. The apples were a bit mushy but we think its because they were from our tree and may not be the best baking apple. But they were tart so it was still very flavorful.

Is this the Apple Pie we didn't get to eat?
