Cut equal portions Eggplant, Zucchini, and Squash into 1/4 round pieces.
Stir fry in parts. When done add to covered dish and add salt and pepper.
Stir fry ginger, garlic, green onions.
Add fresh basil.
Add chicken stock.
Mix in pre-mixed sauce of 3Tablespoons Soy Sauce, 1Tbl Rice Vinegar, 1Tbl Brown Sugar, 1Tbl Cornstarch.
When it starts to boil on the edges, add back Vegetables.
Serve!
