I grew up coming to my Grandparent's farm.
This spring my parents and Abby and Dan planted some produce for the whole family to enjoy.
It was going to freeze so we headed up to harvest some pumpkins and zucchini and watermelon.
One of my memories of my Grandpa was him taking us out to the field and taking a sun warmed melon or watermelon and cutting it open and eating it right there.
We opened a watermelon up and everyone enjoyed it.
Micah dug right in-we did watch for seeds:)
The older 2 were feeding Micah as well and he loved it!
The kiddos with Auntie Abby and their little cousin who we will meet in January.

We also stopped and played on the shores of the Mississippi.
My parents have pictures of us as babies playing in the river.
